    Workouts and diets
    I'm going out for special warfare in the military. Right now I am having problems with my running and chin ups,I was hoping some one could give me some techniques. I was also hoping some one could give me a good diet plan as I am very serious.:rolleyes:

    I can help you with your work out part diet I am in same boat but for work out try running a slow mile and half every day then speed it up you will be surpised how much it helps and then if you do a lot of pushups your chinups will go up and well I do JROTC and these are the things I do I score 85% most of the time these might help you a little
