    My furnace doesn't stay on, no heat
    Pilot light is on,but furnace won't kick on. And if it does it won't stay on long enough to heat up.

    We need a lot more info. A pilot would indicate an older heater. What brand and model? Thermostat calls for heat, then what?

I have a brand new Gibson air conditioning/gas heating unit. The air conditioning part works fine. But the heating side won't.. What is happening is when the unit receives the signal to turn on, the unit fires up and heats up. Then when the fan turns on the flame stops. Can someone please help?
