    Floor loading
    If I put a 203 pound generator that measures 31 3/4 long by 23 5/8 wide on a floor what would its square foot floor loading be?

    I'm guessing 38.08 lbs per square foot.

    32"X24"= 768 sq inches divided by 144 = 5.33 sq ft

    203 lbs. divided by 5.33 = 38.08 lbs per sq ft
