York XYF8V080AU3LAB GAS Heater no flame
I put a voltage meter on the gas valve and am reading 0 volts between the black wire and common and 9 volts on the yellow wire to common. The igniter heats up but no gas. After three attempts the heater shuts down. I am getting error code 7, which per the manual states: low gas pressure/faulty gas valve/dirty or faulty flame sensor/faulty surface ignitor. Because I have good gas pressure and igniter. Is this a problem of the mother board or the gas valve? How can I check the gas valve and the flame sensor? Is there a resistance that should be at the ignitor. I am reading 0.3 Mohms.
