    Highlights, lowlights?
Ok so here's the deal. My hair is a dark blonde, but I want to get it to a bright blonde, but not a fake looking blonde, like bleach blonde. I want it to have like really blonde highlights and a light shade of brown underneath. Does anyone have any ideas about what shades I should get to reach my expectations?? Or what I should do, highlights or lowlights? Help would be greatly appreciated!! I uploaded a picture of what I'm looking for.

Going from dark blonde to light blonde is about a level lighter. You can use a 30-volume peroxide developer with the selected color to lift your hair a of couple shades lighter. Or, you can put some highlights in your hair. Please do not attempt to do this yourself. I urge you to get your hair professionally done.
