    Hello. I am a 49 yr old women & I was was recently told by my Dr that my thyroid is both elevated & HYPO. My question is ,is that even possible? I thought HYPER thyroid was what an elevated thyroid was. I am so confused. PLEASE help

    When you have hypothyroid, your thyroid panel numbers increase.
