    You can always go to Youtube and see how to solve washing machine issues, and your model number and brand would be very helpful to find videos for your specific washer.

    Could be the basket coupler or snubber. Need to look underneath at the basket to drive connection.

    Could be Springs or the spring holders rusted out. The Springs hold the Drum centered.
