    1099-G Form
    Hi,

I am using the H&R block basic on-line program to file my taxes.
It is asking the info on a 1099-G form that I do not have and can not recall receiving.
It is not letting me continue because of this.
Who else might know if I actually was sent a 1099-G? Can I contact this entity?

    Thanks

    Gabriel

You must have answered one of the questions "Did you receive any state unemployment" yes. If you didn't, go back and change your answer to no, and then continue on.
