    Calculating net cash inflow for a Motor Lodge
    Do I use the total days the lodge needs extra capity, or use the entire time the lodge is open?

    Use the entire period, take the Net Income, subtract the Net Expenses and you get Net Cash Flow. Net Cash Flow is cash left after everything is paid.
