    Tripping breaker
    New 200 amp panel, 50 amp breaker for 5 ton Lennox AC. Sart up amps on unit as high as 170, sometimes tripping breaker

    My 5 ton Lennox AC is sometime tripping a 50 amp breaker on start up. It is pulling between 120 and 170 amps on start up. Is this unusually high?
