    Are seat belt tie chassis bar standard equipment on 2002 Honda Civic LX models?
    Can you confirm if "steel chassis harness bar/tie for seat belt is standard equipment on all 2002 Honda Civic LX models?

    Check with the local Honda dealer. The car is already 14 years old.
