    1960s GE single wall oven
    May need to replace. Ours is 26". What can I replace it with?

    Why not another wall oven? I just replaced a double 24 with a single 27" and a MW in the lower space. Had to do just a little trimming of the cabinet but the oven mounting covered it. You might've able to fit a 30, check rough opening dimensions.

We recently installed new kitchen cabinets and the workers put back the oven.However,when we use it,it heats up the uper cabinets.Do I need to reinstall with insulation or does it require a vent of some sort. Thank you, Lyle Grant
