    Pregnancy Question
    Hi, I just found out that I am pregnant and I want to know what should I do next. I will take an appointment with my doctor but I am excited and wanted to know what usually one should keep in mind to ensure good and safe pregnancy.

    Congratulations! Exciting journey ahead for you!

    It can be good to take a daily multivitamin designed for pregnancy, try to have healthy food and drink choices, have some regular exercise... nothing too strenuous if you are new to exercising, use a bit more caution around fumes from cleaning products, paints, etc. avoid cigarette smoke as much as possible, avoid alcohol, and make any other healthy lifestyle choices that you can think of.
