Hi, I have been using first response ovulation kit and got a positive last week and today. I am 20, was pregnant but miscarried 3 months ago, help me please.

Since you've been pregnant before, there is no reason to believe that you aren't fertile.

Ovulation predictor tests can be frustrating and often work best through seeing a pattern over a few months and in conjunction with other ways of determining likely ovulation, such a tracking your basal body temp and changes in cervical mucus.

One important aspect with ovulation tests is to keep in mind that they are different from pregnancy tests in that a line on a pregnancy test is positive, no matter how light, but with an ovulation test, the result line has to be as dark or darker than the control line to be considered positive.

Also, it is possible to have more than one positive come up, but focus on the first day that you see a definite positive and start having frequent sex over the next few days.

I know it can be frustrating when you don't get clear cut results, but do keep trying the tests for several months and see if you notice a pattern for what is normal for you.

Hopefully it won't be too much longer before you find yourself pregnant again.
