The movie I asked about it in my first question that no one could answered so I decided to add more informations , maybe these informations help
I saw it in 1989 0r 1990 so that mean the movie had to be of era of 80s 0r even before
The little child I an't sure if was a little boy or a little girl but I think was a girl
The girl's mother was blonde while the evil woman was black long haired
And I could not remember if the evil woman was a sister or a mother of the blonde or just friend
In the end of the movie the blonde mother was in the car with some one , they were searching about the little girl , the man mostly is a police but not in uniform , I mean he is a Investigator or Secret agent , and they were turn around in a town and I think there was a carnival or festival , and the do not know the place where the man ( evil woman's friend ) take a little girl to , but while they turn around the town some visions and foresees coming over the mother as unclear signs , but they try to explain these signs as a spires or statues on the top of the one of some old buildings they were saw ( or some thing like that ) finally , they found the girl there after chasing the kidnapper .
The theatrical poster of the movie was artistic work not real photo and was colorless with some unreal people and in front of them on the ground there is a head of doll with scary eyes .
the movie is horror genre , plot was good and realistic , supernatural and paranormal horror not like those silly zombies and aliens horror movie , the movie is film noir style ( neo noir ) . tubular bells sound track , and the movie was in english so it maybe european or american .
