I missed my period last December. Had period last November for 2 days and then gone... I am feeling tired all the time, I also had dizziness that make me want to throw up. I tried HPT and the result is negative. Still having symptoms of pregnancy, I have back pains, some cramps and got light bleeding 3days now... I'm kind of worried... Am I pregnant?

When did you last try a pregnancy test? If it has been awhile, you could always try another, or you could see your doctor for a test in office.

There can be a number of reasons for cycles to be off, but certainly you would want to confirm or rule out pregnancy.

I agree with Doula.

You should know that many women never get a positive result from an at home pregnancy test, even in their 9th month of pregnancy, when they're most definitely pregnant. They're not always reliable.

When you test at home you should always test using first morning urine. Follow the instructions exactly.

Since you've had off or missed cycles since December, I'd get a blood test at this time, or an ultrasound.
