Why an eviction? Please explain. People owning houses get evicted all the time if they don't pay the mortgage.

By the other owner? No. Off the land it is on if neither of you owns the land, and you pay rent to a park? Yes.

You cannot be evicted from property you are an owner or part owner of. The mobile home, can be forced to be moved from the land its on, if that is also not jointly owned.

In short, OP has not given enough detail:
Is OP being evicted from real property upon which her MH is situated?
What is she being evicted for, nonpayment of a real property mortgage, non-payment of space rent, taxes, or something else?
Who is evicting her, the holder of a lien (purchase money security interest perhaps) on the MH, owner of a trailer park or other real estate upon which the MH sits, or someone else?
And, of course, what state is this in?

Hello
Points of call.
- You can't be evicted from the Mobile home if you are on the title or are an owner.
- You can be evicted from the land the Mobile home is parked on if you don't own that land, though have to be given notice to make other arrangements for your Mobile Home ( Over here it's a min of 2 weeks ).
- You could be evicted from the Mobile Home if you have failed to keep up with repayments on the Mobile home and the Bank / Company decide to Repo it from you unless you do something about the repayments.
- You could be evicted from the Mobile home or Land it's on by a Court Order even though you're an owner.
I.E You have been served with a PO ( Protection Order ) stating you are not allowed within X distance of someone else , that someone else being the other owner.
The bank / Company has decided to evict you with a court order as you have failed to make repayments on the Mobile Home or Land it's on.
