"What do I do to help get pregnant" That is not the issue, you have been pregnant. What you need is a way to keep the baby. I would suggest you talk to your OB/GYN as there are some steps that can be taken. However, the Rh factor of the father is another potential issue. Were you given Rhlg-immunoglobulin ?
