    Alternative Housing
If you are currently in jail and had a hearing in the jail and was granted alternative housing. Isn't it the po's job to refer you to alternative housing places such as Halfway houses and renewel centers OR house arrest?
My fiancés PO keeps telling me she cant refer him to any alternative housing because he has a pending case.. although his bond is paid for the pending case and his restitution that he owed the PO is paid up to date . She wants him to sit in the jail until his formal arraignment which is in over a months time..
I just think this is unfair.
    Any help is appreciated.

What state are you in? Only a judge can decide what happens and I never heard of an arraignment taking months. It sounds like he was violated and awaiting disposition. Is this so?
