    Male 50 years ultrasound result Cortical Hyperechoic Nodule 15x11x13mm believe to be angiomyo lipoma on my right upper pole of my kidney how big is this in cm, could it cancer?

    1.5x1.1x1.3 centimeters. Very tiny.

    'lipo' means fatty, if that's any consolation. That's just to soothe your anxiety for now, not to diagnose. I agree this is for your doctor to explain.

    2.54 cm to the inch, 25.4 mm to the inch. This is roughly a 1/2" lump or tumor, whatever it is..
