I had my period for 4.5 days, which is abnormal for me. Three days later, I felt a pressure, some pain, and wetness. When I looked, there was a blood clot about the size of a fifty-cent piece, and some light bleeding. I started cramping, became nauseous, and had chills. That was yesterday. I am still very nauseous today and cold. I'm still having some spotting. I have been feeling very tired for the past few weeks, I assumed due to stress.

If you've been dealing with extra stress, that may have thrown your cycle off a bit. Periods can be unusual from time to time, but if it continues, it would be wise to check with your doctor.
