Lennox Landmark E8

Electricity stop
Came back
The furnace not work
220 volt on each element
Sometime the furnace make noise
But no ventilation

Had cold snowy days and furnace will shut off before reaching set temp. The exhaust pipes were in the direct path of the blizzard. I can't see any ice blocking but there is a large chunk that appears to be from one of the pipe.
