    Car acciedent
My husband was in a car acciedent, afterwards he was in a state of shock, so couldn't make a statement about what happened. The other party blamed him, and police believed them cause my husband could argue with their words. But the acciedent was really because of their poor driving skiils. How do we prove it? Any advice?

Are there any witnesses? Was your husband taken to the hospital? Have you spoken to your insurance company? What did your insurance say?

There is not much more that you can do. Without witnesses, without proof your husband was numbed by shock, there is little you can do to disprove the other driver's account. On the flip side there is little he can do to prove anything.

So it might come down to physical evidence. The extent of damage, skid marks, etc.

But really, fault is not much of a factor here. Unless you are trying to recover your deductiible, just let your insurance pay for the repairs.
