    Lets start by confirming it has power, can you test for that? Does it have a pilot or piezo ignition?

    While it may be a basic question, it has many answers. Thermostat working, gas supply, power to unit? Pilot or flat ignitor? Give us some help here please. What happens when you try to start it? Does it have an inducer fan?
