Have Empire Model DV-25-2SG natural direct vent furnace. Pilot lights and stays lit when knob turned to ON. However, when raise thermostat temp from Off the main burner appears to light for an instant and then goes out as does the pilot.

Hi! First time Posting! I'll try and be as "Specific" as I can about this Problem. I also, thank you all merely for taking your time to simply read this, and hopefully answer back. I just want to thank you, before I even write any further, as I value and respect anyone's time taken to help...
My pilot will light and stay burning when I turn the knob to on. When the thermostat calls for heat the burner will light but the pilot goes out and the burner looks to be burning uneven.
Like I said the pilot will come on and stay on a little dancing to it with out the blower on then when then when the burner is turned on and gains momentum it blows it's self out.
