Over 7 billion people on earth... odds are more than a few are.

Where have you checked so far? And probation from what? Probation indicates a LOT less serious offense was committed than Parole, if they are a minor or adult is also very important.

We NEED a lot more information than you gave to even point you in a certain direction.

In general, you can't, if your state lists them on their corrections web site, you may. But normally no there is not a way to check (unless you run a criminal background check on them, (with their permission)
