    The blower starts and circuit board flashes 4 times
    The blower starts and the circuit board flashes 4 times. I don't have the paper work form the codes. Nothing else happens.

    Since you didn't give us any data regarding the manufacturer, we can't help you. Codes are not consistent through brands, it depends on the control board.
