    Cancer or hormonal changes?
Hello, I am 20 years old about to turn 21 I started being sexually active about 3 months ago with my steady boyfriend of 4 months( I can't tell my parents about the fact that I am sexually active.)
Yet I have a problem and I need help
My problem is that after my period(which lasts 7 days) is over I still get blood spots for about 3-4 days also I have more vaginal discharge then I used to have also I don't know if this has anything to do with it but I am always tired and this month I experienced a heavy flow when I got my period, I have only had sex 5 times and it still hurts a little
I am scared that I might have cancer or a serous problem
Or is this just hormonal change?
    Please help me
    Thank you

No one on the Internet can diagnose you. A RL doctor has to examine you and ask specific questions. Maybe go to a walk-in clinic? And please be honest when you answer questions.

I would but we don't have those where I live.
I also know no one can diagnose me on the internet, but some people might have experienced the same thing and maybe have something to say that might calm me
Still thank you for your help I appreciate it a lot.

There is no "same thing." You're an adult. Do you have a car or transportation? Go to a doctor who is not your parents' doctor (although any doctor is supposed to keep your medical info confidential).

My visit will show up on the bill which I am not paying
    I don't have a car
And I'm sorry I don't understand what you mean by "same thing"? I never said that...
Yes I am an adult but sometimes adults need help as well and there is nothing to be ashamed by that fact.

You said "some people might have experienced the SAME THING...".

Let your boyfriend take you and pay for it at a different doctor's office. He has a car.

So be an adult and find out what's going on inside you. Ignoring it will not make it better. No matter what anyone thinks it might be, you still have to seek medical help.

Somebody could say, "Oh, I had that last year. It's nothing." And it turns out you have a massive infection that spreads to other organs. Or, "That sounds like my aunt's uterine cancer." Then what will you do?

So, act like an adult and go see the doctor. You have the internet, you can find a way to get to a real doctor. NOBODY has crystal balls... nobody can actually read tea leaves or tarot cards. And nobody online can possibly diagnose you online. You have to see a real live doctor.

Yes, some people have had the same.
It could be dozens of things.
    STD
Infections (some more serious than others)
    Damage from sexual intercourse

Cancer, well yes, less likely but...

Sorry, guess you have to tell your mom, or aunt, or have the boyfriend pay for the doctor.

You go to a doctor, stop making excuses like little child.

The PROBABILITY is that you don't have cancer.
Here are a FEW POSSIBLE reasons why you feel the way you do:
Poor diet, lacking in vitamins, minerals, protein, and specifically for menstruation, iron
    Iron deficiency anemia
    Tipped uterus
One of a variety of menstrual conditions such as PCOS and fibroids, which you can read about, but it is foolish to make any assumptions about unless you are tested
Thyroid problem - again, no assuming
Other hormone problems that aren't really disease, just the unfair wild fluctuation of female hormones we all go through, especially when young, that some of us have more of than others. You can look up the hormonal cycle too. One goes way up, one goes way down, all in a very short period like a day, and it's a wonder any of us get through a day

All this is aside from venereal disease! Educate yourself about ALL of them. If you are going to have sex, you NEED to be well informed. Spend many many hours googling all the above.
