    Felony probation violation
    I owe nine hundred in court fees & lawyer cost. I have been making monthly payments on time. Can I get violated for being unemployment. N.C.

    If the rules of probation require you to be employed, it will be up to the PO to decide if they believe you are making an effort to find a job.

    So yes, you can be, if the probation requires you to be employed, and you are not. And it would appear (you can not prove) you are actually looking for work.
