    A company signs 5 year contract with current conductor for 2million a year in 2012,to be spokesman for company beginning 2012. Does the company have a liability

    There may be a continguency should there be default clauses, and this type of contract may attract product or public liabilities depending upon the type of representations made, such liabilities should be recognised
