    There is no way we would know. This is a global question and answer site and is not affiliated with that, or any other, hospital. But... I'm guessing she is asking you for money to come to you.

    You must have gotten all the way though the scam, She got the passport, then the visa, then a plane ticket. But on the way to the airport, she was hurt.
