    Contractions
    I've been contracting for two days now 5-20 minutes apart with sharp pains up my back I'm also 3 cm dilated when is a good time to go to hospital?

    You can go anytime to be evaluated.

    You may want to go and be evaluated. Normally the timing should be getting closer and closer together.
