Fan on ac going off and on
The fan on my ac is going off and on. It is also happening when I try it on the heat mode. This happens during the day but has been working fine at night. The outside condenser is working fine. The unit is a Coleman Echelon 9.M series. Had it installed in 2008. Any thoughts on what and how to troubleshoot?

Just installed a fan now I notice that the fan speed is slower than the previous fan.

I just installed a Hampton bay ceiling fan, now I notice that the fan speed is slower than the previous Hampton bay fan. All three speeds are slower than my previous fan. The light fixture works normal.
