Wiping doesn't remove everything. If you got poop on your finger... would you put it in your mouth after just wiping it or would you insist on washing it first? Obviously the answer would be washing it for the very same reasons. Bacteria are microscopic as are sperm.

Its possible you could get pregnant that way... not extremely likely but its still possible. But its way too soon to know.

Oh my! Do your parents know you are playing adult games at the young age of 14? What would they say if they found out you were pregnant? You need to have a talk with your mom today and let her know what you've been up to. Have her take you to a doctor so you can get birth control. Are you ready to be a mom?

Pregnancy is unlikely from what you describe, but not entirely impossible. Some people may not consider you a virgin any longer as well.

How old is your boyfriend? Was this a mutual decision? Ever feel as though you have to be intimate with him or else he will dump you?

You are the one who has to set the boundaries for yourself. It's easy for things to go further than you may indeed them to. Since you don't know enough about how reproduction works, best to avoid any sexual contact. If you were to tell your boyfriend no more sexual contact, what do you think he would say?
