So, like an idiot, I drank on a Friday night (4 beers) and then on Saturday night I drank about 11 drinks from 10pm to 5am. I weigh 220 pounds and drank a good amount of water but not enough to dilute (I hope). I have previously passed an EtG test 48 hours after drinking consecutive nights (4 drinks each). I took the EtG test at 430 pm on Monday (surprise test) but am hoping there's a chance I may pass based on research/anecdotes. I need to get my drinking under control, but was hoping to hear an opinion on my chances.

Your last drink was Sunday at 5am. and your test was 4:30pm on Monday, give it about 36 hours at most. I would say that you have a good chance at failing. Are your affairs in order for the results of failing? Have you considered addictions programs, say AA for example, as an alternative for the length of your enforced sobriety?

I meant to say from Friday night to Saturday morning I had 11 drinks. So 60 hours. Sorry for the confusing wording. I was in AA for a while and it helped me but I have gotten away from everything I was doing right. I have a lot of growing up to do regardless of the outcome.

Yes you do. I would start with the meetings again. You will need help to find your will power again. You can beat this, just accept that you can't do it on your own and you need help. There isn't anything wrong with that.
