    Rubbish in construction container London
    Hi there,

I just left some rubbish like a board, boxes and pieces of a desk in a construction container in our street, but I'm not sure was there any boxes or envelopes on my name with.
I'm not even sure any one gives attention for that, but what if they would find out though that who did, what could happen? Would the council charge me for any penalty or the owner of the house would accusation me or what?

Just because I did this yesterday and at the morning the board was taken out and when I get back home evening all of my stuff was cover with other waste or removed, I don't know, I could not find them under.

So what do you think guys?

Thanks a lot for help and any suggestion

It depends on the council rules and local laws. There could be fines for illegal dumping.

What's done is done. The stuff is gone.

    So you have two options:
    1. Confess you did it and ask for forgiveness; or
    2. Do nothing and hope that nothing comes of it.

I would opt for no. 2 and follow Hkstroud's advice in the future.
