    Toilet Bubbling
I have lived in basement apartment in apartment building for 4 years now. A new problem has come about the last several months and I am not sure what needs to be done. The toilet in my bathroom will bubble and have soap subs come up every morning around 5:45am but then never happens again the rest of the day. It seems like the first person to use the shower or tub in the morning causes this problem. I have had a plumber twice come in to snake the pipes but the problem still exists. Can anyone give me advice on what to do next?

You have dome kind of blockage in the main drain line. This is a n apartment managers problem. The apartment manager should be calling a plumbing drain professional.

Suggestion. Next time it happens, go to the laundry room and see what's going o there.

A plumber was at my apartment last night and snaked the entire line out. Still happening. Would a specialist be needed or would they have to use camera to view the pipes?
