    Hot Water pressure
    I have noted that hot water pressure ıs sometimes very strong (usually when the water is really hot) but it tend to decrease (almost not useable) as the water temperature decrease. Can you please advise what's the issue here ?

    Probably defective heat stop nipples on water heater.
