    Uncontrolled bowel
    I get the sign of having a bowel movement with in seconds I had one everywhere I had 3 in the last 2 days

    Time to see a doctor to see why you are unable to control your bowels. You aren't calling it diarrhea, so it sounds like a visit to a doctor is in order.

    Given that you didn't provide at least 10 needed details to even ask a question like this, it's clear that you should find a clinic, where they can take your history and examine you in person.
