    Can't figure it out at all
    My hot water heater is working but I do not have hot water at the faucets

    Well you have to tell us more than that.

    Do you mean that you have no water coming out the hot side of the faucets?

    D you mean that the water coming out the hot side is not hot?

    Could be a stuck heat trap nozzle or possibly an unopened gate valve on the supply. Do you have good cold water supply?
