Domiciliary custody is a term used in some places for what is called primary physical custody in others. It would usually have been awarded to one or the other parents in the divorce decree.

So I'm inferring you are asking how you would change this so as to be awarded domiciliary custody instead of the other parent. In most place you would have to be able to prove a significant change in material circumstances since the time of the divorce. Have there been such changes?
