    Slow drain
Air trapping under strainer slowing the drain. After bowl is about 90 percent drained, bubble releases and the rest of water drains fast. How to correct this?

You have a partial clog in the drain line somewhere. Clean and flush this drain. Use just bleach and water and flush well. See what happens next.

If you have air bubbling back through the drain this suggests a venting problem. Can you get on your roof safely?
