Frying Pan for the oven
Is there a frying pan you can put in the oven. Maybe with metal handles. I had cast iron that was a pain keeping it from rusting.
What brand has a frying pain that you can transfer to the oven without melting the handles.

Look into stainless steel pans. Most are oven-safe to over 400 degrees. Because the price range is so wide you will need to look for brands and pans that meet the price you are willing to pay.

With lots of arthritis, I use lightweight cookware now, almost all of it non-stick. Teflon technology is a thousand times better than it was 30 years ago, by law. I have a Teflon skillet (Rachael Ray) that I use for stove top as well as oven. The orange handle is some sort of synthetic material that is OK up to 425 degrees. I fry with it, oven roast with it, even bake brownies in it. Washes clean with no work at all.
My expensive Calphalon anondized aluminum goes unused. My copper bottom stainless Revere Ware from the 60s goes unused. Heck, I'd send some to you for just the price of shipping.

Not supposed to wash cast iron frying pans with soap and water. Season once, use and rinse with super hot water and wipe dry with paper towel ! Use again, repeat !

If all that fails, go to your loocal cooking supply store, or even commercial supply store, and talk to a rep there. I think, so long as there isn't any plastic or rubber or whatnot on the pan it should be oven safe.

I prefer cast iron, and yes, no soap and water, if you do, you have to lightly oil it.
They will not rust.
But the other answer, yes, they make all metal ones, often stainless.
