    My water well runs continuously , low pressure.
    My water well with submersible pump runs continuously , but only low pressure. Valve to house is closed, but still it runs non stop.

    If the house valve is closed, you could have a leak in the pipe from the well. It just keeps pumping water out the hole and refilling the well. What is the gauge pressure?
