    When using a crane, if the counter weight has a force of 10,000N and is 3m from the pivot point at what distance can the loading platform safely carry each load

    In each case you want the torque of the counter-weight (its weight times its distance drom the pivot) to not be exceeded by the torque of the load. Show us your attempt at solving this for each of the three cases and we'll check it for you.
