    Will the memory loss come back the excessive mood swings the ability that doesn't have any get up and go no energy loss of respect paranoia does this go away

    No. Once the brain is damaged it doesn't repair itself.

    Most of the effects of long term use, does not improve. But it will stop getting worst.
    The overall health of the person will improve. And there may be more energy.
