Do I need Plan B or what are the chances of me being pregnant?
I am on birth control pills and started my new pack on Sunday April 19. My friend came down to visit and we ended up going out and staying over another friends house so I did not have my pills with me and took them late on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. I saw my boyfriend over the weekend and we had unprotected sex Saturday and Sunday night. He pulled out and I have been on the pill since 2011. What are the chances I get pregnant? Should I go get Plan B? From missing my pill and taking it the next morning how much do my chances increase of getting pregnant? PLEASE HELP!

Your chance of pregnancy may increase slightly, but it is not by a great deal since you took them, just later than usual each day. Plan b is something that needs to be taken within about 72 hours after the unprotected sex... the sooner you take it afterwards, the more effective it will be. You can talk to your doctor about an alternative... some emergency contraceptive pills will stay somewhat effective for a bit longer... there are several options on the market, but it may vary depending on where you live.

Odds are you won't become pregnant, but you will have to wait and see what happens when your next period is due. Continue to take your pills on time however.

There is of course a slight chance of pregnancy even if you take the birth control pills perfectly. Yes if you are late, and even more of a chance if you miss one or two pills that pregnancy can happen. This would have been a good time to use condoms.

But there is no way to guess what percent of increase, but there is a higher risk.
The Plan B has to be taken within 72 hours, and gets less effective as the 72 hours occur.
