Get off the internet and find some where quiet without distractions.

I don't know which is the best but the way which works for me is.
    - whatever I read and study I try to Imagine that in my mind.
    - while studying I don't do it continuously for 2 to 3 hrs, instead I take a break when I feels like I need to take break, in order to settle those topics in my mind.
    - I try to make it as easy as possible.
    - sometimes if there is any big words and definitions are involved I write it on for five times just to stick those big word in my mind.

    Hope it helps.

You CANNOT take the internet into the exam with you, so get used to working without it.
