    May be labor not sure
    I am 37 weeks pregnant and have had diarrhea since last night. I have been cramping and in pain ever since non stop. I still feel my baby move.. it hurts to walk. Am I in labor or not?

    Labor is defined as cervical change. Since it's impossible for us to check your cervix, it's impossible for us to tell if you are in labor. However, it is possible you are having contraction. At 37 weeks you are considered late preterm. You need to go to the hospital, where you are supposed to deliver, to be evaluated.
