Route HVAC to heat under suspended slab
In designing a home how does one get HVAC through a concrete wall to heat living space under a suspended concrete slab? Also the slab will be 2 feet lower than the ceiling height in the adjacent rooms--the rooms not under the slab. Ceiling runs are anticipated for forced air furnace system.

I have a two story apartment house. My drainage line from the sinks toilets etc all run under the house. It is on a slab. Can I run the lines through the top somehow? Other wise I have to break the slab to replace the lines. Thanks
